Four things that make a flyer work

A property flyer has one job: get someone to book a viewing. These decide whether it does.

Questions about the flyer template

What size is the downloaded flyer?

The flyer is designed at 850 × 1100 px and exports at double resolution — 1700 × 2200 px PNG — which prints well at a full page. The Print button opens a page sized for US Letter with the flyer fitted to the sheet.

How do I print the flyer?

Click Print. A print window opens with the flyer sized to the page — choose color, 100% scale (not “fit to page” twice), and print. For best results use a color laser printer or a print shop's glossy stock.

Is my property photo uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything runs in your browser: the photo is read locally with FileReader and drawn straight onto the canvas. It never leaves your device, which also means the page works offline once loaded.

Can I use this for a rental listing?

Yes. The listing tag selector includes For Rent alongside For Sale, Open House and Just Listed — the tag chip on the photo updates instantly when you change it.

Can I change the theme after adding my photo?

Yes — the six color themes (navy, burgundy, forest, teal, charcoal, gold) recolor the price band, stats, divider, frame and agent footer instantly without touching your text or photo.

How the real estate flyer template works

This real estate flyer template is a fill-in builder: upload a property photo, type the price, address, beds, baths and square footage, add a short description plus your name and phone number, then pick one of six color themes. The flyer redraws live on the page as you type, so what you see in the preview is exactly what downloads. When it looks right, the Download PNG button saves a high-resolution image, and the Print button opens a print-ready page sized for a full sheet of paper.

A layout built for property marketing

The layout follows the standard property-flyer formula: the photo runs across the top, the price sits in a bold color band underneath, then the address headline, a beds–baths–sq-ft strip, the description, and an agent footer with your contact details. The listing tag — For Sale, For Rent, Open House or Just Listed — appears as a chip on the photo and again beside the price, so the flyer's purpose is clear at a glance. The six themes (navy, burgundy, forest, teal, charcoal and gold) recolor the price band, stats, divider, frame and footer instantly.

Frequently asked questions

How does this real estate flyer template work?

Fill in the listing fields — photo, price, address, beds, baths, square footage, description, agent name and phone — and choose a color theme. The flyer preview updates live with every keystroke. When it looks right, download it as a PNG or send it straight to the printer.

What details should a property flyer include?

At minimum: a strong photo, the price, the address, beds, baths and square footage, and a way to reach the agent. This template places each of those in the standard flyer positions — photo on top, price in a bold band, key stats in a scannable strip, contact details in the footer.

Can I use this flyer for a rental?

Yes. The listing tag selector offers For Sale, For Rent, Open House and Just Listed, and the tag chip on the flyer updates instantly when you change it — the rest of the layout works the same for rentals.

Is my photo uploaded to a server?

No. The builder runs entirely in your browser: your photo is read locally and drawn onto the flyer canvas without ever leaving your device. Nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere either.
